Apartment with added furniture

Yes I got my parent's Piano, and a king sized bed from my grandmother's home. They barley fit, but they will be enjoyed. Also since the last pictures of my apartment there have been other funitrue items added to my home. The oak table in the background of the piano picture is from Preston's best friend's family. Also in the picture with the TV, the shelving is from a neighbor who we helped move out. It is hard to believe that we have gathered so many things from only being married about a 1 1/2.

Lake Powell

Lake Powell is clearly one of the most beautiful places on Earth! Preston and I went with the family to the Lake this past weekend. It was so much fun. We stayed on house boats, and we got to have fun in the water and sun. The scenery is amazing here.

We enjoyed toobing in the water and jet skiing.

While we were there we had an experience of the speedboat bottoming out on a huge rock, we were stranded. we managed to make it to the Rainbow Rock, thanks to Dale's skills of manuvering in the water. Then we were stuck there for a long time. Many of us got really hot, and poor Preston got scourched.

Overall everything was fun, and we had a great time.

Anniversary July 26!!!!

Saturday the 25th (the day before our anniversary), Preston and I went to go see a cirque du soleil show. It was amazing!!! and while we were down town we deceided to stay the night down town. We did not have extra clothes or anything, it was a fun experience. We also went to Flying Saucer after wards and got the best chicken casedias ever. Today our actually anniversary we just hung out watched movies and of course had a bite of our cake. Preston was skeptical about taking a bite so I took the first one, but after he saw I did not die he took a bite, but was not loving it. It tasted ok, just old. I'm glad we ate a bite, but that is all I think we could handle.

4th of July weekend

On Friday Preston randomly suggested to get away for the weekend. So we grabbed a few things for the weekend and ended up in Austin. We were in a rush to pack that I did not bring a camera, so no pictures. We had fun at the capitol city, we ate at the Spaghetti Warehouse, ate Austin's best pizza, toured the State Capitol, watched the bats fly from the bridge, and watch the greatest fireworks show i have ever seen. While we were at the fireworks we made some friends who did have a camera, so if they do email us some pictures then soon there will be some pictures. We had a great weekend, too bad it has to end and life continues to work and school on monday.

VEGAS

pictures of the Las Vegas Strip!

VEGAS!!!!! Preston and I went to vegas in early April. We had alot of fun, and walked alot more than we thought we would. We stayed at MGM GRAND!! Yes the home of the lion exhibit. The hotel was huge. The pool area was 6 acres big. We sure did get our exercise there.

At the M&M store we ended up buying about a pound of penut butter M&M's. so yummy in our tummies.

Also at the MGM GRAND there was a really cool Rain Forsest Cafe, and the first time we ate there we were right next to the elephants, and the picture i took is my view of the elephant from my seat. OH and the trunk waved back and forth right in front of my face.I thought it was funny.

We also went to the Wax Museuem!!! As you can tell I'm dating John Wane, and my best friend is Cameron Diaz!! and Preston he has a thing for Jessica Simpson. We had alot of fun here, and these wax people were so realistic.

Big mess

Over the Christmas break my little sister had gotten another dog, and as you can see the dog tore up a huge dog bed pillow thing and it's all over the yard. Eventhough i don't even live at my parents i was kind enough to pick up the back yard, with yes...a broom!!!
